A86 (or Paris super-périphérique) is the second ring road (U.S.: beltway) around Paris. A86 follows an irregular path around Paris with the distance from the city centre (Notre Dame) varying from 8–16 kilometres (5.0–9.9 mi). A part of A86 makes it a longest urban motorway tunnel (10 km of continuous tunnel), opened in two parts in 2009 and 2011.
